Ukraine’s General Staff reports that overnight on 21 March, Defence Forces struck facilities at the Saratov oil refinery in Russia’s Saratov region. The plant processes crude oil and produces fuel and lubricants used by the Russian army.
A Russian attack damaged an energy facility in the Nizhyn district. Some 430,000 consumers in the Nizhyn, Pryluky and Chernihiv districts have been left without power. Engineers have already begun emergency repair works.
